"Mykonos was our first stop and what a way to begin a holiday. I have been to Mykonos a few times and I had always driven past this hotel thinking wow, how beautiful is that place. And it lived up to my expectations! We were greeted by George (hotel owner) at the Port, his friendly and lovely demenour translated immediately so I knew we would be looked after well. We stayed at Paradise View for 4 nights. The boys had one room and the girls had the other. Girls had a balcony looking over the gorgeous pool. We didn't really leave the hotel whilst we were in Mykonos, literally sunbaking and relaxing all day... its located up the hill from Paradise Beach which was good for us because of the beach bars and clubs being soo close. We went into the town at night, its a bus ride, cab ride or even scooter ride away (takes about 15 min). George and his family/staff were wonderful and soo hospitable, we felt right at home and I would strongly recommend for others to stay here. Just make sure you book in early otherwise you will miss out! I will def stay here again next time I am in Mykonos :)"

"Awesome hotel, very close to Paradise Beach, owner, George, willing to do anything possible to make your stay the best it could possibly be. Comfortable room with a good breakfast in the morning. I would highly recommend renting an ATV or scooter for your trip as it helps to get up the big hill to the beach. ATV only 18 Euros a day and scooter was only 12 Euros for 24 hours. Bus stop to town right outside the hotel. Would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed at Paradise view hotel for 3 nights in May...during low season. The only thing that I will fault about this place is breakfast. It is very basic. Otherwise, we LOvED our stay here. Free wifi. the hotel is quiet and private. You have a relaxing area outside of your hotel room. We had a seaview room which meant our room was a bit smaller but we preferred the view to the bigger room. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel which is super cheap. 1.40 per person one way..takes you to other beaches or to mykonos town. The hotel is located 500m from Paradise beach, we didn’t really enjoy this beach because it was dead during may…it is a party beach..not a lot of ppl here right now so we only went there for one day. We loved loved super paradise beach. Go by the boat that you can catch on paradise beach..the cost is €3 one way comes every hour starting at 11am. The hotel is very clean. George is the best! He is so available to all of his guest…probably 20 hours a day. He made our stay very comfortable. Free port/airport transfer. Not a whole to do in Mykonos other than lay on the beach and party. Not much to see on the island itself. Go to lighthouse (fanarI)..great view. Go to Ano Mera and go to the Paliokastro monastery and get a view of the northern part of the islands. We felt that the food was not good as a whole on the island...lots of tourist trap. Nikos taverna was good located in mykonos town. Nothing to really eat on the beaches...again keep in mind this is the low season."

"We arrived in Mykonos and called George to pick us up. He was there so fast and was so friendly right away. He mentioned the important things about the island on the way to the hotel. His friendliness was completely sincere and he remained as friendly till the end. I thought I booked a triple room for my sisters and I but booked a double. So he threw in a cot for free. The rooms were clean and decent amount of room. The pool was nice but cold. A few minute walk to Paradise beach and there are a couple things to eat right there too. Free breakfast is good. There is a computer to use in the lobby. I would definitely stay there again. You either get a hotel by the city or by the beach. The bus stops in front of hotel except really late you have to catch it at the bottom of the hill, again about 2 mins to walk it. Great hotel!!!! Hi George!"

"George (the owner) came to pick us up from the port and even dropped us off at the airport when we left. There was approx 12 of us and George was very helpful and went out of his way to ensure our stay was pleasant. Each morning there was a good selection for breakfast consisting of cereal, breads, hams, fruit, yoghurt etc. The hotel is approx 15 minutes from Mykonos town but all the good parties are held at paradise beach anyway so the location was extremely convenient when we were coming back from a late night of partying and drinking - there's no need to drive, you can just walk back to the hotel. There is a slight hill but it's no big deal - you're back at the hotel before you know it. There's a cafe with chicken pitas for $2.50 but there's also good food served at the hotel. pool was beautiful and refreshing and because the hotel is situated on a hill there is always a cool breeze. The only negative is that there are no ATM's near by and there can be quite a bit of noise late at night/early morning as everyone leaves the clubs - lots of screamers on quad bikes. Overall we loved every minute of our stay. if we ever come back to Mykonos we will definitely come back. This was a very beautiful hotel - Thanks for everything George!!!"

"The hotel has an amazing view. It is only about a 5-10 minute walk to the famous Paradise Beach. There is a bus to Mykonos town that passes by every so often. The bus ride is about 15-20 minutes, so the location is very convenient. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are modest, and the pool is great. George, the owner, is absolutely wonderful. He picked us us from the port even though we came in late at night. He also dropped us off after our stay. He gave us a lot of advice of things to do and see on the island. He is very helpful and went out of his way to make sure our stay was wonderful. Will definitely come back"

"First things first, George (the owner) is a super friendly guy! He was always willing to help and offer up traveling suggestions, and he drove us to and from the port upon our arrival/departure (complementary). The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from Paradise Beach and the pool was very clean and refreshing. The breakfasts were average, as were the rooms, but George's service and the location more than made up for these minor shortcomings. Also, a bus stop is right at the top of the hotel entrance and it will take you to Mykonos town in approx. 10 minutes (1,4 EUR). We really loved staying here and only wish we would have stayed longer - two thumbs up! :)"

GREAT hotel, far from everything except Paradise Beach

"The hotel itself is absolutely fantastic. It's cute, the rooms are very clean, the bathroom is a good size, there's a great view of the water, the pool area is nice, the breakfast is free, and there's a bar in the lobby if you ever need a drink.

The downside is really the location. Unless you're looking to spend your entire trip on Paradise Beach itself, then this isn't the place to stay unless you plan on renting a car or ATV. There is a bus that will pick you up right at the hotel entrance and take you into town for only 1.40 euros, but the manager didn't give us the right bus schedule, so make sure you check on the times yourself. Also, the hotel is a good walk UPHILL from Paradise Beach so be prepared for that.

There is also NO ATM in Paradise Beach. If you need cash, you have to go into Mykonos town. Also, besides some cafeteria type restaurants and snack places, there are no real restaurants in Paradise Beach. Also, there are very few taxis in Mykonos so again, unless you're planning on renting your own form of transportation, it is a little difficult to get around the island if you plan on leaving Paradise.

Basically, the hotel itself is great and I would definitely recommend it, but would likely just stay in town next time I'm in Mykonos since this hotel is very out of the way."

I loved the hotel and the view

"I took my holiday in September 2008 to have a much needed
rest and time by the sea.

We chose Mykonos for its unspoilt beauty and quiet.

We totally enjoyed our stay at the Paradise View Hotel.

The rooms were immaculate, cleaned daily, fresh towels etc.
and very comfortable. Each room has a balcony and
the hotel is done in the traditional Greek style of blue
and white.

All the rooms have spectacular views of Paradise Beach
which is apply named. We had a short walk to the beach
( about 300 metres ) which i quite enjoyed.

The staff were helpful, friendly and informative. They told
us about lovely day trips from Mykonos to some nearby
beautiful islands.

The swimming pool is beautiful and we enjoyed just sitting
outside... drink in hand... relaxing under a bamboo
umbrella..

I thoroughly recommend this hotel and the island.
I plan to return as soon as possible."
